The subdivision process has progressed well with two north/west facing 0.8 hectare (two acre) sites approved, developed and with all geo-technical requirements successfully completed. We have selectively cleared trees to open up the north-west vistas, however there are more trees needing to be felled in order to really appreciate the views from these sites.

Hastings District Council have approved the subdivision with connection to both fresh water and waste water reticulated services.
